Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Elegance Wardrobe (www.elegancewardrobe.shop).
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • Tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear & lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Beauty products
  • Items purchased on Sale/Discount
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@elegancewardrobe.shop with your order ID and reason for return
  2. Our team will verify and approve the return request
  3. You will receive instructions on how and where to send the item
  4. Once received, the item will be inspected
  5. After approval, refund or exchange will be processed

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days
  • Refund will be made to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If the item is damaged by the customer, no refund will be issued

In case of COD orders, refund will be provided via bank transfer/UPI.


5. Exchange Policy

We only offer size exchange (if available) for eligible items.
If the desired size is out of stock, you may request:

  • Another product of equal value, or
  • A refund (if eligible)

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos/videos of the item and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification

7. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
Refund will be processed within 3–5 working days after cancellation approval.


8. Shipping Cost for Returns

  • For customer-initiated returns (wrong size, didn’t like the product), return shipping costs must be paid by the customer
  • For our mistakes (wrong item, damaged product), we will bear the shipping cost
